Article 1 : Object

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to the use of information and services offered by the site. The user (albeit visitor, albeit advertiser) of the site and the services offered by the site is deemed to have accepted the terms of this User Agreement.
Codit reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Article 2 : Liability

Codit cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in the information as listed on the site. This applies to information published by Codit on its site, as well as information provided by users (visitors and advertisers).
Inaccuracies or omissions on the site give no right to financial compensation. Codit is not responsible with respect to users or any third parties for possible direct, indirect, incidental damage, loss of profit or any other damage caused by its negligence or omission in providing, compiling, editing, writing and interpreting information.
Codit explicitly offers the website "as is". The most advanced techniques are used for its technical realization. However, Codit cannot be held responsible for the (temporary) failure or malfunctioning of the system.
Codit is not responsible for links to sites operated by third parties. Codit has no control over the aforementioned websites and accepts no liability for its contents. The inclusion of links to such websites does not imply that Codit approves of the elements that such sites contain, and does not necessarily imply a collaboration between Codit and the owners of these sites.
The information on this site is periodically modified. Article 3 : Intellectual property and copyright

The user acknowledges explicitly that the information provided on the site (text, graphic elements,...) are and shall remain the property of Codit. Nothing on the site may be used for reproduction, adaptation, distribution, sale, publication or commercial purposes without prior written permission of Codit. It is also prohibited to save the information electronically or to use it for illegal purposes. Storing information from the site in a database is not allowed, except for the automatic caching of information through a browser.

Article 4: Privacy regulations and protection of privacy

Codit gathers personal information necessary to guarantee an optimal operation of the site. This information can be used by Codit for commercial actions or messages. However, Codit undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties without the explicit permission of the party involved.
Codit also collects information in log files. This information is used for internal purposes only, such as traffic and profile analysis, in order to further improve the service offering of the site. Codit does not use so called 'cookies'.
Changes to the Privacy Policy of Codit are possible at any time, but will be communicated to the users through the website.
In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, all data which is entered on the site by the user will be communicated upon request and, if the user so wishes, corrected free of charge within reasonable time. Codit is responsible for processing, storage and management of this personal data. Only the individual e-mail addresses visitors provide to us will be stored. To be removed from the database it is sufficient to send an e-mail. The user can review his personal data at any time upon simple request and without any cost. Article 5 : Evidence and applicable law

The Belgian law applies. Parties accept that the electronic communication between them has legal force as written evidence. In case of disagreements or disputes, only the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
