We are growing fast and need talented people — like you — to join our team of Microsoft experts. Together with the other Service Delivery Managers you will coach our team of Managed Services Engineers and encourage them to grow.
You will foster a smooth commercial relationship between our Managed Services team and our clients. You will develop KPIs and SLAs and regularly report on them to customers. You will act as the first escalation point in case of issues.
You will analyze the activities of the Service Desk, realizing changes and improvements that make a real difference towards our customers.
- an analytic brain and are a real problem solver
- experience in the B2B and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) domain
- familiarity with or have heard of the following technologies: XML, XSLT, XSD, .NET Framework, C#, Web Services, WCF, SQL Server and Azure
- a flexible mindset when in a customer service environment
- knowledge of ITIL is a big advantage
- excellent communication and coaching skills
- fluency in Dutch, English and French
