HR & Recruitment Officer

Your HR & Recruitment skills, combined with your positive attitude and demeanor, will help us realize our ambitions for growth by finding, engaging and fascinating high-quality professionals. You are responsible for recruitment and day-to-day operational management of all HR topics. You support the General Manager in our Codit office in the Netherlands (Utrecht - 30 FTE) and work closely together with HR at group level (Belgium).

Job description

You are responsible for a varied and challenging range of tasks:


  • Recruitment of new employees (there is a constant need for C#/.Net/Azure developers): planning of job interviews, conducting the interviews, administrative follow-up on behalf of application procedures

HR strategy

  • Implementation of HR policy, in line with local and group HR strategy
  • Monitoring and managing the organizational culture and values (#Qualityfirst #RespectAllWays #DedicationToInnovation #HappyPlace #AllTogether)

HR Administration

  • Drafting employment contracts and managing personnel files
  • Managing the monthly payroll correctly
  • Managing and supporting other HR processes such as onboarding, training & development, performance management, retention policy, offboarding, HR reporting and employer branding

Required skills and job profile

  • Flexible: no day looks the same. You are hands-on and can deal with a changing work environment
  • Independent: You can work independently and think creatively to optimize the Employee Experience
  • Social: You are open and social and enjoy contact with your colleagues. You easily identify issues and have a positive mindset and behavior.
  • You are an HR generalist and have knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • Experience in recruitment in the IT sector is an advantage
  • HBO education, preferably in HRM
  • You are a native Dutch speaker and possess excellent communication skills in English
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position
