You’re able to delve deep into customers’ problems and come up with creative solutions, compelling proof of concepts or demos. You’re then able to turn these solutions into technical design and documentation.

You ensure all solutions are architected by applying best practices for security, scalability, maintainability and observability.

You’ll be guiding your team on the path to success by helping them with technical challenges, following-up on their projects and boosting them professionally.

About You
You have:
-
A minimum 8 years of IT experience.
-
Knowledge of integration patterns, cloud-native and hybrid integration, and event-driven architectures.
-
Strong experience with automation and CICD pipelines.
-
Familiarity with containerization, and how it interacts with Azure Integration Services (e.g. Logic Apps Hybrid).

Experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, …) and related Azure services.

Confidence to dive into development mode and prototype (.NET Core, Loosely coupled architectures, SOLID principles).

An agile mindset & good communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex integration scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ability to determine the right processes for the right project based on scalability, reliability, security needs, and taking budget into account. You focus on quality of the development process and deliverables.

Based in the Netherlands. Valid EU citizenship and NATO-member state nationality is mandatory to work at our clients.
Additionally, for the Team Lead role, you have experience preferably in:

Coaching and motivating peer Architects in the Netherlands, with a focus on engagement and collaboration.

Translating business strategy into clear, measurable individual objectives.

Driving growth by aligning development plans with both organizational goals and individual ambitions.

Holding regular 1:1 meetings to provide feedback, track progress, and support well-being.

Contributing towards our performance management cycle and full reward cycle.
