Senior Azure Integration Consultant (.NET & C#)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Azure Integration Consultant to join our Portugal team and take a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This is a hands-on senior technical role focused on Azure Integration Services and .NET backend development. You will help our clients modernize legacy platforms, connect distributed systems, and implement scalable, secure, and event-driven cloud architectures.

You will work in an international environment, collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders across borders.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end Azure integration architectures

• Lead the technical implementation of integration solutions

• Build and maintain APIs using .NET (Core / .NET 6/8) and C#

• Design event-driven and asynchronous architectures using:

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Event Grid / Event Hubs (when applicable)

• Develop workflows and orchestrations with Azure Logic Apps

• Design and secure APIs with Azure API Management (APIM)

• Guide best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

• Support clients in modernization journeys (on-prem → Azure)

• Mentor junior consultants and support technical growth within the team

About You

You have 5+ years of experience delivering backend and cloud solutions in production environments.

Strong experience with

• C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)

• API development (RESTful services, versioning, security)

• Azure Integration Services, especially:

  • Logic Apps

  • Service Bus

  • API Management (APIM)

• Messaging and distributed systems

• SQL Server or other relational databases

• Designing scalable and reliable backend systems

Solid knowledge of

• Cloud-native architecture patterns

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)

• Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)

• Security best practices for APIs and integrations

Nice to Have

• Azure Functions

• Containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps)

• Microservices architectures

• Performance optimization in distributed systems

• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305 or similar)
