What to expect?
We work with your team to shape, design, and build an AI prototype. Already completed parts of the process? Great, we pick up where you left off. For select projects, we bring in Microsoft to co-innovate and offer access to their Innovation Hub.
The process
Here’s how we take your AI idea from concept to working prototype in 4 steps.
Step 1: Prework
We assess your setup, identify key business challenges, and shortlist 3–5 high-impact AI use cases.
Step 2: Envisioning
In strategic and technical sessions, we explore Microsoft’s AI capabilities, evaluate your use cases, and pick one to develop.
Step 3: Architecture Design
We co-create a high-level architecture and roadmap, aligned with your application and data landscape, based on your objectives.
Step 4: Rapid Prototyping
We build a working proof of concept to validate your AI idea and demonstrate value.
Need to go further? We can develop and deploy a Minimum Viable Product, ready to scale.
