Codit Helps Agoria Make First Steps in its Data-Driven Journey

Agoria is Belgium's foremost federation representing technology-inspired companies, with a commitment to fostering innovation across sectors and shaping a sustainable future for over 321,000 employees. It wanted to become more data-driven as an organization and needed help with harnessing the power of its data and Generative AI solutions, to make smart decisions that would help it to accelerate and reach this goal faster.

  • Solutions in this case

The first step of the process was to define use cases that align with its business objectives. Agoria organised a two-day Generative AI hackathon at the Microsoft Innovation Center in Brussels, in collaboration with Sirris, Microsoft, Codit, and Proximus Ada.

Through immersive sessions and hands-on experimentation, teams worked on identifying and refining use cases tailored to Agoria’s unique challenges. From mapping data assets to fostering executive sponsorship, each step was guided by the vision of leveraging technology to drive meaningful change and defining use cases that pave the way for scalable, enterprise-level solutions that will revolutionize internal processes and member experiences.

The hackathon was the first step of Agoria’s journey, laying the groundwork for transformative initiatives that will propel the organization into a data-driven future.
