Codit is Voted 8th Best Workplace in Belgium!

The fantastic news came out of the Best Workplace Awards 2024, where we placed 8th in the category 20-99 employees.

We left the Best Workplace Awards 2024 with 2 major prizes.

First of all: an incredible feeling of pride for being voted 8th Best Workplace in Belgium. This comes after we were voted a Great Place to Work for the seventh year in a row, and is a testament to our fantastic colleagues and team! There’s clearly something in the way #wecodit – and it’s nice to get recognition for that.

Secondly: we got an awesome new spirit animal out of it.

To fit the theme of the night ‘Neon Jungle’, we asked Copilot to generate an AI-hybrid that embodies an aspect of every single Codit colleague. And well. You can see the result in the video for yourself 🐈‍⬛🦜🦏
