Axon Olympus joins the Codit family
Merged to one, we will operate under the Codit flag with offices in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Codit and Axon Olympus are very similar in their activities, their clients and the experts they employ. Both are market leaders in on-premises and cloud integration solutions on the Microsoft platform.
How the collaboration started
We have been in close contact since 2009 and started working together officially since 2012, on R&D and Managed Services. The collaboration was proven successful with a strong growth in Managed Services customers. In 2014, we launched the joint venture under the name of Codit International. Its goal was to start offices outside of the established markets; Belgium, France, Portugal and The Netherlands. As such, we opened new offices in Switzerland and the U.K in 2016.
The next step
We saw the vision and strategy of both companies align and even unify over the years. We shared the same ideas for evolution and growth and the same passion for technology. We concluded that a more simplified structure would stimulate our plans and benefit the service delivery to our clients. Our values are identical, our cultures fit. As such, the idea of a full merger was born. It is the logical next step in becoming the “one-stop competence centre of excellence” for integration, API management, Internet of Things and Azure Solutions.
Codit on a roll
The Dutch organization is now an integral part of an organization of 120+ professionals operating in six countries. As such, we are now, more than ever, the largest Microsoft integration partner of Microsoft in Europe. As a larger, more international company, we are better positioned to operate on the cutting edge of technology, to support any type of organization, from SMB to large corporations and to be even more attractive to new employees. This year, Codit hired more than 20 new team members in Belgium, 10 in France and 4 in Portugal and we are still counting…
What will change?
You will not experience any changes in your collaboration with Codit. Your first points of contact at Codit remain at your service. The Codit management team will be complemented with Sean MacGillavry, Managing Director at Axon Olympus. For sure, we will continue on this growth path with one clear ambition: make a real difference for our customers.
