A few weeks ago, Codit Netherlands had employees anonymously fill out the Great Place To Work Survey to find out what makes them happy and if there is room for improvement. It is with great pride that we can announce that for the second year running, we are officially a certified Great Place To Work.
The results show that:
- At Codit Netherlands the atmosphere is warm and friendly with a diverse group of people.
- Our employees have lots of flexibility and autonomy in their jobs.
- Codit Netherlands invests in and supports training and professional development.
These results not only reflect our policy of an open and warm atmosphere, but also the drive for always finding new ways to be even better at our jobs.
