Recruitment Process

Our standard recruitment process is as follows:

  • Screening

    A screening of your CV by HR about your competencies, your interest in the vacancy, your motivation and your salary expectations.

  • HR

    A first HR interview by phone to find out about your interest in the vacancy, your motivation and your salary expectations.

  • Second Interview

    A second HR interview, where we’ll talk more in depth about your experience, as well as giving out some more information about Codit and the job.

  • Technical Screening

    Interview to test your technical hard skills, with an employee of the department for which you are applying.

  • Final Interview

    Your final interview will be conducted by the General Manager of the department.

  • Offer

    Salary proposal and offer.
